《靜志居詩話》二十四卷，朱彝尊著，扶荔山房姚祖恩編。彝尊，字鍚鬯，號竹垞，晚稱小長蘆釣魚師。康熙十八年舉鴻博，與修《明史》。著有《曝書亭集》、《明詩綜》、《明詞綜》、《日下舊聞》等書。
是編專記有明一代詩人篇章，兼及遺聞，補《明詩綜》、《明詞綜》所未備。故所論述，不斤斤評別宗派；草野人士，斷簡殘篇，賴以存錄。爲後來詩家紀事所取材，蓋猶有表彰孑遺之微意也。
